Chuck S. found a mobility solution for people that have trouble walking extended distances.
SmartScoot™ mobility scooter is the best mobility solution for people that have trouble walking extended distances. When compared to other brands of mobility scooters SmartScoot stands out as the easiest to fold, transport and adjust to your needs. The adjustable speed settings (including a 7mph top speed) allow versatility on all terrain and the front wheel drive mechanism ensures stability when climbing hills.
The SmartScoot foldable mobility scooter weighs in at 39 pounds and quickly disassembles to three pieces (the heaviest piece weighs 27lbs). The SmartScoot™ 4lb li-ion scooter battery complies with FAA regulations for air travel. Other brands use heavy lead-acid batteries that are hard to install or remove. SmartScoot is the ideal scooter for people who love to travel and explore or simply want to be able to continue everyday activities that require mobility.
Chuck S. purchased a SmartScoot to help get his mobility back:
My name is Chuck, and I am the new owner of a SmartScoot mobility scooter.
I am extremely pleased with this scooter. I picked it out after I did considerable research on various scooter brands. This is one of the lightest mobility scooters available, and it meets all of my needs. The picture shows me riding on a gravel trail behind my daughter’s house in Highland Park, Illinois.
I am 96 years old and I have a lower back problem which prevents me from walking any great distance. The SmartScoot has opened many new vistas for me by allowing me newfound mobility. Recently I was able to go on a 3 mile trip where I accompanied my family members who were walking. I didn’t get tired at all! I could have gone for 10 miles. The lowest speed of the 3 SmartScoot speed settings is just perfect for accompanying people who would like to walk with me.
Although it is not recommended by the manufacturer, the scooter has worked very well for me on gravel and also on grass as long as the surface is reasonably smooth. ” – Chuck S.
